No. We collect your Google Cloud organization ID, authorised billing contact email, and workload description. We never ask for payment cards, bank details, or financial statements.

Typical review completes within 2 business days. Larger organizations with complex billing hierarchies or multiple projects may take up to 5 business days.

Each organization is eligible for one credit per 12 months. If your organization has multiple billing accounts, indicate the preferred one on the form — we apply the credit there.

Applications must be submitted by November 3, 2026. Credits issued after this date are not guaranteed. Early applications are prioritised.

Yes. Email [email protected] at any time before approval — we delete your submission within 48 hours. After approval, the code remains yours to use or ignore.
