Terms of use

These terms govern access to vertexcreditdesk.com and the promotional credit intake service provided by VertexCredits s.r.o. — by submitting an application you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the service

We are an independent intake and verification partner. We assess eligibility, forward applications, and deliver promotional codes to approved organizations. We do not operate Google Cloud, Vertex AI, or Gemini services. All promotional credits remain property of Google LLC and are subject to Google's Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and application

Submission does not create a right to receive a credit. We may reject applications for failure to meet eligibility criteria, incomplete information, sanctions matches, or program allocation limits. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation.

3. Code use

Delivered codes are personal to the organization listed on the application. Codes may not be sold, transferred, or redistributed. Redemption and use are governed by Google's promotional credit terms.

4. Deadline

Program applications close on November 3, 2026. Submissions received after this date may be processed only if program allocation remains.

5. No warranty

Service provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the vertexcredits.cz website or the Google Cloud services the credit is applied to.

6. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to EUR 100 or the equivalent in CZK, except for cases of gross negligence, intent, or statutorily non-excludable obligations.

7. Governing law

Czech law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 384726.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes posted here with 15 days notice.
