Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026. This policy describes how VertexCredits s.r.o. ("we") processes personal data submitted through vertexcreditdesk.com, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

2. What data we collect

• Application form: first name, last name, work email, phone (optional), organization legal name, role, headcount band, Google Cloud organization ID, country, selected service, project description.
• Contact form: name, email, subject, message.
• Automatic: IP address (for abuse prevention, retained 7 days), basic server logs (route, status, timestamp).

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Verifying eligibility and delivering the promotional code — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Responding to contact enquiries — legitimate interest.
• Fraud prevention and sanctions screening — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Retention

Application data: 90 days after decision (approval or rejection), then deleted. Delivered codes: 24 months for accounting / audit purposes. IP addresses: 7 days. Contact form submissions: 12 months.

5. Recipients

Hosting infrastructure (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — EU/EEA). Email delivery (Postmark / ActiveCampaign). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

None required for the standard workflow. Any transfer to a third country would be based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection — exercise by emailing [email protected]. Response within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7.
